Pillar Health Solutions SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Pillar Health Solutions text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in to receive text messages from Pillar Health Solutions (“Pillar Health Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description: By enrolling in our SMS Program, you may receive text messages related to Pillar Health Solutions, including, but not limited to, appointment scheduling and reminders, care coordination and service updates, account or administrative notifications, wellness or educational information, and occasional operational messages related to your relationship with Pillar Health Solutions. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

Opt-In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from us through our website, an online form, a paper form, or other method where we clearly disclose that you will receive SMS messages. Your consent to receive marketing or non-marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Program at any time by texting STOP. After you text STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from the Program unless you rejoin.

Rejoining Instructions

If you previously opted out and want to rejoin the Program, you can opt back in by texting START or by enrolling again through any opt-in method we provide. After you rejoin, you may begin receiving messages again.

Message and Data Rates Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Pillar Health Solutions does not charge you for text messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Supported Carriers

The Program is available on participating carriers. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Compliance with Industry Standards

Pillar Health Solutions aims to comply with applicable industry guidelines and best practices for SMS messaging, including guidelines associated with the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) and carrier requirements, as they may be updated from time to time.

Legal Compliance Note

By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to telephone communications. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number you provide or that you have authorization from the account holder to enroll that number in the Program. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to opt out of the Program or notify us so we can update our records.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the Program, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and will be effective when posted, unless a later date is stated. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
